Identifying vulnerabilities is an integral part of the ASB case management process. The recent Housing Ombudsman Spotlight Report on Attitudes, Respect & Rights – A Relationship of Equals focuses upon how we truly define this term, respond appropriately to customers with a range of different needs and achieve effective solutions.

The report makes specific reference to how Anti-Social Behaviour can exasperate vulnerabilities and acknowledges that Mental Health, the cost of living, overcrowding and many other individual circumstances are all significant factors.

For this webinar, we will be joined by Registered Housing Providers, ASB Specialists and Governance Solicitors to explore how we respond to vulnerabilities throughout the Social Housing Sector when investigating reports of ASB. We will share examples of how customer relationships have been successfully managed, demonstrate compliance and how to work collaboratively with other partner agencies to facilitate support.
