Last Few Spaces Remain – 6 weeks until #ASB11- Book Now!

Having the conversations that matter
When we talk to practitioners, one theme comes up again and again: communication makes or breaks casework.
It’s not just about policies or processes – it’s about sitting across from someone and finding the words that move things forward. Sometimes that’s telling a resident that a behaviour has to change. Sometimes it’s pushing for action with a partner agency. Sometimes it’s being honest about limits and timescales.
These are the conversations that carry weight. They take skill, confidence, and practice.
That’s why we’ve built The Art of Communication into the #ASB11 programme. It’s a chance to pause, share approaches, and strengthen one of the most important tools we have in this work. We’ve got a panel of experts lined up including resident representatives, experts in mediation, counselling and educational specialists. This is a session that will add to your professional toolkit for immediate implementation. Can you afford to not be in the room?
Alongside the communnication panel session, the day will also dig into:
- Clear, Hold, Build and its impact on housing and partnerships
- Regulation and accountability – what’s coming, and how to get ready
- Keeping victim voice authentic and practical
- How agencies are working together on complex ASB challenges
There are fewer than 20 tickets left, and six weeks to go. If you want to be part of the conversation in Birmingham, now is the time to secure your place.
