I was delighted to be asked to contribute to Clarke Wilmott’s Housing Week 2023, joining Lindsay Felstead  as a guest speaker for the ASB session.

We asked the Linkedin community to put forward suggestions for topics and the most popular was looking at managing persistent complainants. So that’s what we decided to focus the session  on!

I explore what we mean by persistent complainants and when persistency becomes unreasonable, the types of questions we should ask ourselves and some of the solutions we might take.

Lindsay considers what we should do when legal action becomes necessary, what actions  are available to use and the steps we should take during case management to ensure the strongest applications.
