Exploring the Implications of the XL Bully Ban

Following the recent legislation changes with regards ownership of XL Bully dogs, many Registered Providers are grappling with the impact in terms of tenancy management, risk prevention and awareness of animal welfare issues.

Should tenancy action be taken where legislation is breached? What guidance should be given to new and existing tenants? How can we best work in partnership to manage such issues?

Hosted by Darren Burton, this webinar brought together a range of guest speakers from Housing, Policing, Legal, Local Authority and the charity sector, who examined the changes to legislation, latest guidance, practical approaches and good practice.

This session will help to support policy development, shape and promote best practices, facilitate multi-agency working and contribute towards neighbourhood management plans.

Designed for all partners involved in ASB and community safety issues.

A huge thank you to the team at REACT, whose generous sponsorship covers the administrative and IT costs associated with these events, meaning we were able to offer the session for free!
