Our cancellation terms and conditions for training are as follows:
Cancellations must be in writing by email to training@greenandburtonasb.co.uk and will be acknowledged by us.
If cancellations are made more than 30 days prior to the event date, we will offer a full refund of the fee (minus any admin or transaction costs).
With less than 30 days’ notice but more than 10 days we will give a 50% refund (minus any admin or transaction fees)
With less than 10 days’ notice, the full fee will be charged.
Alternatively, a substitute can be sent in place of the original delegate with approval from Green and Burton Associates, all details for the new attendee such as name, role, organisation, email and contact number) must be emailed to us as soon as possible.
If a delegate is unable to attend a session this will be treated in the same manner as a cancellation. We understand that events may happen which are not foreseeable and will seek to work with the delegate to make alternative arrangements, such as attendance at a future session
Level 2 Assured ASB Case Management Principles Online Course
As our Level 2 course is externally verified, the following additional conditions apply:
- Learners must refrain from taking any photos/screenshots for the purpose of social media or any other use.
- Learners should ensure that their camera and microphone are working before attending the course
- Learners are to always keep their camera on and be in clear view with no obstruction.
- In the event that their IT stops working, the learner will be asked to rebook onto an alternative session.
- All learners are to ensure their laptops are fully charged with sufficient battery for the entire training session or plugged into a power supply.
- The trainer will use their discretion in relation to any temporary IT issues. If it is felt that the issues prevent the learner from meeting the standard required of the course,
they may be asked to leave the session and make arrangements to rebook at a future date. - Where the IT issues are on the part of the trainer, and prevent delivery of the course, all learners will be booked on a future session at no additional charge.
