The injunction is a powerful tool within the ASB toolkit that can quickly bring respite to suffering residents and communities.

This course is aimed at those organisations/officers who are looking to develop the skills of experienced ASB officers, enabling them to confidently and effectively undertake their own legal work and even present a case in Court.

This advanced training course will focus on the skills and knowledge that attendees require to be able to prepare, file and present injunction cases in the Courtroom.
